Firm profile
We advise and represent individuals, families and businesses in Coimbatore in consumer, bail, family, land and property, and commercial matters, and we help employers meet their obligations under the PoSH Act through audits, committee set-up and training.

He founded it with his son, Advocate Adhithyan C., B.A. LL.B. (Hons), and daughter-in-law, Mrs. N. Ilakkiya, B.C.A., LL.B. (Hons), LL.M. Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.A. Foundational values
Resolution over escalation
We look for the quickest fair end to a dispute, and treat a court case as one tool among several rather than the default.
Candid advice
We tell clients plainly what the law, the documents and the time limits allow, including when a claim is weak or a settlement offer is reasonable.
Confidentiality
What clients tell us stays with us. Family and workplace matters in particular are handled with discretion.
Clarity
We explain each step in plain language, keep clients informed as a matter moves, and agree the scope of our work at the outset.
Dispute resolution approach
Every matter starts with understanding: the documents, the facts, the applicable law and what the client actually needs from the outcome. From there we work through four stages, moving to the next only when the earlier one has not produced a fair result.
Assessment
A review of the papers and a candid opinion on rights, risks, costs and time limits.
Notice and negotiation
A legal notice that sets out the claim clearly, followed by structured discussions with the other side or their advocate.
Mediation or conciliation
Private or court-annexed mediation, or conciliation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with the outcome recorded in an enforceable settlement.
Adjudication
Filing before the appropriate court, consumer commission, tribunal or arbitral tribunal, and pursuing the case to a decision.
Settlement is not always the right first move. Where a limitation period is about to run out, where safety is at risk, or where urgent orders are needed, we file first and continue to explore settlement alongside the case.
Professional integrity
As advocates, we follow the Bar Council of India Rules on professional conduct. In practice, this means:
- We do not advertise or solicit work. This website provides information about the firm to those who look for it.
- We do not promise or guarantee outcomes.
- We check for conflicts of interest before accepting a matter, and decline work where a conflict exists.
- Communications with clients are kept confidential and are protected by law.
